We're looking for a brilliant and creative thinker to join the Steampunk Stop team as our Brand and Content Manager. This new role will be responsible for delivering the Steampunk Stop brand in a way that resonates with both professionalism, and a sense of newness.
We have lots of creative ideas we'd like to explore, and we need someone to help the team make them happen.
The role will report into the Managing Director and manage our talented PR, Copywriting and Social teams.
Embracing the 'Shop for the Unusual' message and building it into the foundations of everything we do.
Organising, structuring and communicating the Steampunk Stop brand consistently across content channels - Youtube, PR, Social, FB, Copy, etc.
Planning, communicating and owning the content ‘spoke and wheel’.
Delivering consistent, brilliant multi-channel campaigns.
Helping create ideas and lead discussions on brand direction.
Getting the best out of our talented teams with motivation, inspiration and bribery (if needed).
Helping grow the company but relying more on ‘growth hacking’ thinking than traditional budget spend.
You should be:

Self motivated, eager to learn and hungry for ideas.
Someone with a great understanding of internet content and best practices - understanding the principles and psychology behind them.
A skilled project manager with both an eye for detail and a great understanding of the big picture.
A left-field thinker with an unusual sense of humour.
Blessed with exceptional organisational and planning skills with an aptitude for concise documentation.
