Q: Is your site safe and secure?

Q: Is my credit card information safe?

A: Yes. All credit card transactions are processed via a reliable third-party payment system. 
Your information is never stored on our servers. 
 

Q: Do you have a quality guarantee?

A: Yes! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your products are flawed in any way, we'll refund you.
 

Q: What is the shipping time on my order?

A: All in-stock items generally take 1-3 business days to process before they are shipped out to the customer and proceedingly take 6 to 15 business days depending on your location. (1-3 weeks!)
 

Q: Can you hold my order and ship it at a later date?

A: We cannot hold packages for shipment at a later date. If you foresee any potential delivery problems, we recommend contacting your local post office. By sharing your package’s tracking number with them, you can sometimes arrange to have your package delivered at a later date.
 

Q: Is it safe to mail jewelry?

A: Yes, we ship our jewelry by trusted carriers such as FedEx and USPS. All our shipments are fully insured by SteampunkStop.com.

 

Q: Am I liable for my order while it is being shipped?

A: You are not liable for your order while it is being shipped. All our orders are fully insured by SteampunkStop.com.

 

Q: What are your accepted payment methods?

A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards and debit cards. We also accept PayPal. If you would like to process a bank transfer, please contact us.
In order to reduce those afflicted by fraud, we have security measures in place for all payments processed via credit card. If your billing address does not match your shipping address, the shipment of your package might be delayed or your order might be canceled and refunded. Such orders can be repurchased using a credit card with no mismatched information.
 

Q: Can you declare my order as a gift or lower the declared value?

A: We greatly appreciate you choosing to purchase from Steampunk Shop and would like to help you receive your purchases with ease, but we must follow the rules regarding retail companies sending shipments. Therefore, we are unable to declare orders as gifts or lower their declared values.

Q: What locations do you ship to?

A: We currently ship to the US, Canada, and all international countries.

 

Q: I didn't receive an Order Confirmation Email after my order?

A: If you have not received an Order Confirmation Email, please check your Spam Folder.  If you did not receive it, please feel free to contact us if necessary.
 

Q: What is your return/exchange policy?

A: Steampunk Stop has a 7-day return/exchange policy. If your Steampunk purchase does not meet your expectations, we will be glad to refund your full payment for up to 7 days after the original delivery date. Please send us a picture and description of the defect or error on our contact form. Modified or altered items cannot be returned or exchanged. View our full refund policy here.

 

Q: How do I cancel an Order?

A: We're sorry to hear! An order containing regular, in-stock products can be canceled if the items have not yet been prepared for shipment. Please note that your refund will not include any promotions or discounts applied to your order. If you decide you want to cancel an order, please use the contact form and supply us with your product and order number.
 

Q: What does "Being Processed" mean?

A: We have received your order and are preparing your order for shipment.
